Enquiries and buyer registrations

Bridgepoint Business Consultants collects the name, email address, telephone number and other information you choose to provide through its website forms. Buyer registrations may also include preferred industries and acquisition criteria.

We use confidential enquiries to respond to the request. Sending a seller or advisory enquiry does not sign you up for buyer opportunity updates. Buyer registration is a request to receive relevant business opportunity updates, as described beside the registration form.

Storage and service providers

This website and its forms are hosted by Squarespace. Form responses are stored through Squarespace and sent by email to travis@yourbridgepoint.ca. Travis reviews the information and may use business service providers for email, contact records and relevant buyer communications, including Smartlead where used. Service providers may process or store information outside Canada under their own privacy practices.

We do not sell or rent your contact information. Access is limited to the people and service providers needed to handle your request and related business administration.

Updates, access and deletion

You can ask to stop buyer opportunity updates at any time by replying to an update, using its unsubscribe link, or emailing travis@yourbridgepoint.ca. Contact Travis at the same address to ask about information held about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained for business, legal or consent-record purposes.

Cookies and third-party tools

The website may use cookies and third-party services for essential functions, spam prevention, analytics and social or marketing features. Squarespace, Google and social platforms may process technical or usage information under their own privacy policies. Browser and website cookie settings can affect these functions.

Sensitive information

Please do not send banking details, identity documents or confidential financial statements through an initial website enquiry. Email is not guaranteed to be secure; appropriate arrangements can be made for sensitive transaction information.
